What can I do if I forget my www.toubis.gr username?
By choosing "I forgot my username", you will see the username reminder form, in which you fill your email address. Your username will be sent at the email address used during the registration.

By choosing "I Forgot my password" you will see the password reminder form, in which you fill your email address. Automatically, a link will be sent at the email address used during the registration for the new password.
How can I find an ebook?
By browsing the book categories or by typing on the “Quick Search” the book title or the author of the book.
How can I purchase a book?
The necessary information is: Name, Last Name, Street, Number and Area. Once you fill the first 5 letters of your area, a window with postcodes and place names will display and you should select one.
Only in case that you wish to receive an Invoice, fill the remaining data.
How to Calculate Transportation Costs?
The transportation costs are calculated automatically by the system depending on the area and weight.
How to calculate the COD cost?
The COD cost is 2,1 €.
How can I monitor my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email and the Order Status will be marked as “Completed” meaning that your order has been placed Successfully.
When you order is delivered at ACS, you will receive a new notification message.
For printed books Status Completed means that your order is being processed by toubis.
Status Confirmed means that your order was received by ACS and will be delivered as soon as possible.
Status Partial Confirmed means that your order items with Status Confirmed are received by ACS and will be delivered to you, while for those with Status Cancelled there is a lack of availability.
Status Cancelled means that there was a problem with the information provided and your order was canceled or ACS was not able to deliver your order.
If your order is Completely or Partially Cancelled and was paid by credit card or by Paypal, the orders corresponding amount that is not performed, will be refunded to your credit card or your Paypal account.
You can track the progress of your order anytime, by logging in to your account and selecting “ORDERS” on your account information dashboard.
How can I pay for books?
You can purchase the printed books by credit card, VISA or MASTERCARD issued by any bank or by using the Paypal service.
How can I receive the purchased printed books?
All purchased printed books will be received at the time specified in the detailed page of the book from ACS.
